- Faults reported within 7 days of delivery are collected free of charge. For warranty claims after 7 days, the customer sends the product to us at the customer's own cost, or hands it in free of charge at our Bengaluru or Kolkata office; we ship the repaired or replacement product back free of charge. Ugreenindia.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Ugreenindia.com cannot guarantee the compatibility of items. Please contact the manufacturer(s) directly if you have issues or concerns regarding compatibility.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at Ugreenindia.com will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation of products, Products that are chipped, burnt or have scratched are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. As a result, Ugreenindia.com will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Warranties
1. Products sold on Ugreenindia.com are covered by the warranty set out in our Refund & Warranty Policy, provided by Sophus Technosol Private Limited as the seller. For warranty claims after 7 days from delivery, the buyer bears the cost of shipping the product to us, or may hand it in at our Bengaluru or Kolkata office; we bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back.
