its compact and worth it .. 10/10
Excellent product. The feel and finish is amazing. You forget to take it off the phone. It’s that good.
One of the best portable power banks
Things to consider - iphone does not support LDAC and if your Android does not have LDAC, then it will use AAC because this model does not support APTX codecs. But overall it is a durable and quality product without any extra fuss. Working great!
UGREEN PB312 25683 20000mAh Power Bank, 22.5W, Display
UGREEN 25683, model PB312, is a 20,000mAh wired power bank with one bidirectional 20W USB-C port, two USB-A outputs rated up to 22.5W each and a digital percentage display. Any one compatible USB-A port can reach its 22.5W ceiling, but when two or three outputs are active the entire power bank is limited to 5V/3A, or 15W shared. Its battery is rated 74Wh with a published 12,500mAh typical output capacity at 5V/3A. It has no wireless charging.

Power one USB-C device and two USB-A devices together when a shared 15W total is sufficient.
USB-C provides up to 20W output and accepts up to 20W to recharge the PB312.
Either USB-A port can reach up to 22.5W when used alone with compatible hardware.
The numerical display and dedicated low-current mode help manage the larger battery and small accessories.

USB-C input/output supports 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A and 12V/1.67A, or 20W maximum. Each USB-A output supports 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 10V/2.25A and 12V/1.5A, or 22.5W maximum when that port is used by itself.
With more than one output active, UGREEN specifies 5V/3A, 15W total shared. That applies whether two devices or all three devices are connected. It is not 15W per port, and the single-port 9V/10V/12V fast-charging modes do not remain available as separate maxima.
The USB-C “two-way” description means the same connector is both the input and an output. UGREEN also documents pass-through operation, allowing output while the bank is connected to power, but available power can be reduced and extra heat can develop. It is a convenience mode, not an uninterrupted-power claim.
Up to 20W output; also the up-to-20W recharge input.
Up to 22.5W output with compatible protocol and cable.
15W total shared at 5V/3A.
Still 15W total shared at 5V/3A, divided among connected devices.

Two 10,000mAh cells provide 20,000mAh at 3.7V, equal to 74Wh. UGREEN publishes a 12,500mAh typical rated output capacity at 5V/3A. The lower 5V mAh figure is expected after raising cell voltage and accounting for conversion losses.
The number of phone recharges depends on the phone battery, its condition, negotiated voltage, cable, background use and temperature. A 74Wh power bank can also spend energy keeping three connected devices awake, so simultaneous use trades speed and efficiency for reach.
UGREEN uses approximately six hours as a reference recharge result with compatible 20W PD equipment. It is not a fixed promise: a USB-A source, lower-powered adapter, cable loss, cold/heat or pass-through output can extend the time.

Use one port for the best available rate or reserve the 74Wh pack for several smaller top-ups.
Connect as many as three devices when everyone needs some power and the 15W shared total is acceptable.
Carry a phone, camera and accessory cable set while keeping the printed 74Wh label available for policy checks.

The PB312 works with USB-powered products that accept one of its published voltage/current profiles and the selected cable. The 20W USB-C ceiling is aimed at mobile devices rather than normal laptop charging.
Compatible iPhone, iPad, Galaxy, Pixel, Xiaomi, OnePlus and other devices with the correct USB-C or Lightning cable.
Earbuds, headphones, smartwatches and fitness bands, using low-current mode when necessary.
Most USB-C laptops require more than 20W for normal operation; any limited emergency input depends entirely on the laptop and is not the intended primary use.

A wall charger, USB-C-to-USB-C cable and USB-C-to-Lightning cable are not included in the confirmed standard package unless a separately selected offer explicitly says otherwise.
The larger pack should be carried where it cannot be crushed and where the ports cannot contact loose metal. Keep the numerical display protected, avoid leaving the battery in a hot vehicle and inspect it after any significant drop.
For travel, the relevant printed energy rating is 74Wh. Current IATA guidance places power banks in cabin baggage and requires individual protection from short circuit. Airlines may impose tighter rules or restrict onboard use, so confirm current policy rather than treating 74Wh as automatic approval.

No. With two or three outputs active, total output is 5V/3A, or 15W shared.
Either USB-A port is listed up to 22.5W; USB-C is up to 20W. The receiving device and cable decide which supported profile is actually used.
The USB-C port can recharge the PB312 at up to 20W and can power a compatible device at up to 20W.
20,000mAh is measured at the 3.7V cells. UGREEN rates typical output at 12,500mAh under a 5V/3A test after conversion losses.
Its USB-C ceiling is 20W, below the normal requirement of most laptops. It is intended mainly for phones, tablets and accessories.
No. SKU 25683 is wired only, with one USB-C and two USB-A outputs.
It helps maintain output for compatible watches, earbuds and fitness bands that draw too little current for normal automatic detection.
Yes, UGREEN documents output while recharging, but available power can be lower and heat can rise. It is not an uninterrupted-power guarantee.
UGREEN uses about six hours as a reference with compatible 20W PD equipment. Adapter, cable, temperature and pass-through use can make it longer.
The standard package confirms the PB312, a 0.5m USB-A-to-USB-C cable and documentation. A wall charger and other cable types are separate.
Its labelled capacity is 74Wh, but travel policy remains airline- and route-specific. Carry it in the cabin, protect it from damage and short circuit, and verify current rules.
