Overview
UGREEN Revodok 105 is a five-port USB-C expansion hub for a laptop, tablet or phone whose USB-C port supports the functions you intend to use. It combines display, charging and USB data in one integrated-cable accessory; it is not a powered desktop dock and it does not add Ethernet or card readers.
The layout is deliberately mixed-speed. One USB-A 3.0 port is rated up to 5Gbps for storage and larger transfers, while two USB-A 2.0 ports are rated up to 480Mbps for keyboards, mice, receivers, printers and other low-bandwidth accessories. HDMI tops out at 4K@30Hz, and the USB-C female port accepts Power Delivery only.
The aluminium body weighs about 58g and the integrated host cable is about 20cm long. That makes it easy to pack, but the short lead also means the hub should rest on the desk rather than hang from the computer port.

The hub presents five expansion ports in addition to its built-in USB-C host cable. The two slower USB-A ports are intentionally suited to peripherals, so the port layout matters when you want the best storage speed.
The USB-C receptacle marked for PD is an input from a charger. It does not accept a USB-C flash drive, output video or act as an additional host connection.

HDMI display output

Connect one HDMI display and choose mirror or extended-desktop behaviour in the host operating system where supported. The exact maximum is 3840 x 2160 at 30Hz; lower resolutions may support higher refresh rates according to the host, display and cable.
The laptop, tablet or phone must send video through its USB-C port using DisplayPort Alt Mode, Thunderbolt or an equivalent supported mode. A USB-C connector by itself does not guarantee video output.
- Use a known-good HDMI cable rated for the resolution and refresh rate you select.
- Set the display to 30Hz if 4K is available but the picture is unstable.
- Check the host manufacturer’s external-display specification before buying.
Practical limit: This hub cannot add HDMI capability to a charge-only or data-only USB-C port, and it cannot drive two external monitors.
Power Delivery pass-through
100W enters the hub; up to 95W is available to the host.
Connect the hub to the host first, then attach a compatible USB-C PD charger and charging cable to the PD input. The hub reserves approximately 5W for its own operation, so a 100W source can provide up to 95W to the computer.
The actual charge rate is the lowest limit among the wall charger, cable, hub, host device and current system demand. A 65W charger does not become a 100W charger, and a host that accepts 45W will not be forced above 45W.
- PD wall charger and USB-C charging cable are separate purchases.
- The PD input does not transfer files or display signals.
- Mobile devices may need external PD power when several USB accessories are attached.
Practical limit: UGREEN advises against unplugging or reconnecting the PD charger during active screen output or file transfer because an interruption can blank the display or disrupt data.
USB-A data expansion
Put fast storage on the 5Gbps port and simple peripherals on the 480Mbps ports.
The single USB-A 3.0 port is the correct choice for an SSD, hard drive, card reader or flash drive when transfer speed matters. The two USB-A 2.0 ports are designed for a keyboard, mouse, receiver, printer and similar accessories.
All USB devices share the bandwidth and power supplied by the host connection. Interface ratings are ceilings rather than guaranteed file-copy speeds; drive media, file size, protocol overhead and simultaneous traffic all affect the result.
- Safely eject storage before disconnecting the hub.
- Use self-powered storage when a drive needs more current than the host can supply.
- Do not treat the USB-A ports as dedicated fast-charging outputs.
Practical limit: Several bus-powered drives can exceed the power available from a phone, tablet or laptop even when the PD input is connected.

- Confirm the host USB-C port supports USB data. For HDMI, also confirm DisplayPort Alt Mode, Thunderbolt or equivalent video output.
- Connect the built-in USB-C lead directly to the host. Avoid loose extension adapters while troubleshooting.
- Attach the HDMI cable and select the correct monitor input. Configure mirror or extended mode in the operating system.
