Overview
UGREEN model 50710 is a powered five-input, one-output HDMI 2.0 switch. It lets up to five HDMI sources share one television, monitor or projector, then sends only the selected source to that single display. Selection is available from the switch control or supplied infrared remote. With compatible equipment and suitable cables, it supports formats up to 4K at 60Hz, HDR, 3D and HDCP 2.2.

Plan the five-input, one-output HDMI topology
This unit selects one source for one display. It does not duplicate or combine pictures, so the source count and display count must be understood before installation.
Connect up to five HDMI source devices such as a console, player, streaming device or computer. Only the selected input is active at the output.
Connect the single HDMI output to one television, monitor, projector or AV receiver. The switch cannot feed several displays simultaneously.
Connect the specified 5V/1A power supply, position the IR receiver for line of sight and use the remote or local button to select an input.
For 4K60/HDR, every source, input cable, switch connection, output cable and display port must support the chosen HDMI 2.0/HDCP 2.2 format and published cable-length guidance.

Setup and usability guidance
Connect the television, monitor or projector to HDMI OUT on the switch.

Select the display’s HDMI input, then choose the desired switch input using the control or IR remote.
For 4K60/HDR, enable the display port’s enhanced HDMI mode if required and use cables within the published guidance.
If switching produces no picture, wait for HDMI/HDCP renegotiation, then power-cycle the selected source and switch.

Is this a switch or a splitter?
It is a 5-input/1-output switch. It selects one of five sources for one display; it does not feed several displays.
Can it show all five inputs at once?
