Important information before ordering
- 55W is device and protocol dependent: Maximum 55W output requires a compatible Xiaomi/POCO or supported PPS charging profile. Standard USB Power Delivery output is up to 45W.
- Multiple-device output is 15W shared: Connecting two or three devices reduces the total output to 5V/3A or 15W shared. The power bank does not provide 55W to every connected device.
- 10000mAh is the internal battery capacity: Rated deliverable capacity is approximately 5600mAh at 5V/3A after voltage conversion.
- Laptop compatibility is conditional: It can charge many USB-C laptops that accept 45W or lower USB PD, but performance may be insufficient for high-power laptops during intensive use.

Understanding the 55W and 45W ratings
“55W maximum” refers to supported high-current proprietary or PPS charging modes, such as compatible Xiaomi/POCO profiles. It does not mean that every USB-C device accepts 55W.
Standard USB Power Delivery output is up to 45W. The connected device controls the negotiated charging voltage and current, so lower-power phones and accessories receive only the amount they support.

Built-in 22cm braided USB-C cable
The integrated cable eliminates the need to search for a separate USB-C lead every time you charge a compatible phone, tablet or laptop. Its looped construction can also function as a convenient carrying strap.
The nylon-braided cable has been tested for more than 10,000 bending and connection cycles under laboratory conditions.
When using the cable as a carrying loop, avoid swinging, jerking or repeatedly dropping the power bank against hard surfaces. The cable is integrated and is not intended to be replaced by the customer.
10000mAh capacity for everyday backup power
The internal cell capacity is 10000mAh with a battery energy rating of 36Wh. This provides useful backup power for phones, earbuds, tablets, handheld devices and compatible USB-C laptops.
Rated output capacity is approximately 5600mAh at 5V/3A. The difference between internal cell capacity and deliverable USB capacity is normal because energy is consumed during voltage conversion and charging.
The number of phone charges varies significantly by device battery size, charging voltage, conversion efficiency, temperature, background use and whether multiple devices are connected. Published charging-cycle figures are laboratory estimates, not guaranteed results for every user.
Recharge the power bank at up to 35W
Recharge through either the built-in USB-C cable or the separate USB-C port. With a suitable USB-C PD wall charger, the PB727 supports up to approximately 35W input and can recharge fully in about two hours under suitable conditions.
A 45W or higher USB-C PD charger is recommended to ensure that the power bank can negotiate its highest supported input profile. Charging time varies with the adapter, cable, temperature and power source.
Do not attempt to recharge the power bank through the built-in cable and USB-C port simultaneously.
High-density 21700 lithium-ion cells
The compact body uses high-density 21700 lithium-ion cells selected for stable output and useful cycle life.
UGREEN laboratory testing estimates that the battery can retain at least 80% of its original capacity after approximately five years when cycled once every two days. Actual battery ageing depends on temperature, discharge depth, charging habits, storage conditions and frequency of use.

Laptop charging limitations
- The USB PD ceiling is approximately 45W, even though supported proprietary phone modes can reach 55W.

- Some laptops do not accept power from supplies below their minimum wattage requirement.
- Check the laptop manufacturer’s USB-C PD input requirements before relying on this power bank.
Low-current mode for smaller accessories
Earbuds, smartwatches, fitness bands and trackers can draw so little power that a normal power bank may interpret them as disconnected. Low-current mode keeps the output available for these smaller devices.
- Press and hold the power button for approximately three seconds.
- Confirm low-current mode using the display behaviour described in the user manual.
- Connect the low-power device with its appropriate charging cable.

Safe-use guidance
- Fully recharge the power bank before first use.

Does every device receive 55W?
No. Up to 55W requires a compatible Xiaomi/POCO or supported PPS profile. Standard USB Power Delivery output is up to 45W, and lower-power devices draw only what they support.
Can it provide Samsung 45W Super Fast Charging?
Compatible Samsung models can receive up to 45W when the required charging profile is supported. Use the built-in cable or a suitable 5A/e-marked USB-C cable.
Can it charge three devices at the same time?
Yes. Use the built-in USB-C cable, USB-C port and USB-A port. Total output becomes 15W shared when multiple outputs are active.
Why does the output fall when a second device is connected?
The PB727 changes to its multi-output mode, which provides up to 15W total shared. This protects stability but disables the highest single-device charging speeds.
Can it charge a laptop?
It can charge many USB-C laptops that accept 45W or lower USB PD. High-performance laptops may charge slowly or continue using more power than the power bank supplies.
Is it suitable for MacBook Air?

The result depends on the phone. Its internal capacity is 10000mAh, while rated output is approximately 5600mAh at 5V/3A after conversion losses.
Why is rated capacity lower than 10000mAh?
The internal cells operate at a lower voltage than USB output. Energy is consumed when converting cell voltage to 5V, 9V, 12V or higher charging voltages. This is normal for every power bank.
