Important information before ordering
- 25W is not available on every phone: Maximum speed requires a compatible Qi2 25W/Qi2.2 device, suitable software and a sufficiently powerful USB-C PD adapter.
- A 45W or higher USB-C PD adapter is recommended for 25W charging. The AC wall adapter is not included.
- iPhone 12–15 series: These models generally charge at up to 15W through Qi2/MagSafe-compatible magnetic charging.
- Magnetic case requirement: Use a MagSafe-compatible or Qi2 magnetic case. Thick or non-magnetic cases can weaken attachment and reduce charging efficiency.
- One device at a time: This is a single charging pad. It can charge one compatible phone or one wireless-charging earbuds case, not both simultaneously.
- Apple Watch is not supported: This pad does not contain an Apple Watch charging module.

The slim charging pad measures approximately 60 × 60 × 10.4mm and weighs about 83g. It fits easily into a backpack, handbag, organiser or laptop sleeve without occupying the space required by a conventional charging stand.
Use it at home, in the office, in a hotel room or anywhere you have access to a suitable USB-C power adapter.
Built-in 1.5m USB-C cable
The integrated nylon-braided cable provides more positioning freedom than a short charging lead. Because it is built into the pad, it cannot be accidentally left behind—but it is also not user-detachable or replaceable.
Up to 25W Qi2.2 magnetic wireless charging
Qi2.2 expands compatible wireless charging beyond the traditional 15W Qi2 limit. With a supported phone, compatible software and a 45W or higher USB-C PD adapter, the MagFlow pad can provide up to 25W wireless output.
UGREEN laboratory testing indicates that a compatible iPhone 16 Pro Max may reach approximately 50% in around 30 minutes. Actual results vary according to phone model, software, battery level, ambient temperature, case, power adapter and phone usage during charging.

Snaps into precise magnetic alignment
The 16-magnet array provides approximately 7N of magnetic attraction with a compatible phone or magnetic case. The magnetic connection helps centre the receiving coil over the charging coil, improving stability and reducing interruptions caused by poor placement.
You can hold and use the phone while the pad remains attached, but avoid pulling or swinging the phone by the charging cable. Magnetic strength varies according to the phone, case design and any material between the pad and device.

Intelligent thermal management
ThermalGuard monitors temperature 200 times per second
Wireless charging naturally generates more heat than a direct wired connection. ThermalGuard continuously monitors operating temperature and adjusts charging behaviour when necessary to help protect the charger and connected device.
Charging speed can temporarily reduce when the phone is warm, the battery is nearly full, the surrounding temperature is high or the phone is running demanding applications. This behaviour is normal and helps manage heat and battery health.

Connect the cable
Plug the integrated USB-C cable into a compatible USB-C PD wall adapter.

Remove obstructions
Remove wallets, cards, metal plates, thick cases and other objects from the charging area.

Attach the phone
Place a compatible phone over the pad and allow the magnets to align the charging coils.

Check charging
Confirm that the phone displays its charging indicator before leaving it unattended.
Power adapter requirements
A wall adapter is not supplied with SKU 55959. For the best chance of reaching 25W wireless output on a supported device, use a reliable USB-C PD adapter rated at 45W or above.
Lower-powered adapters may still operate the charging pad, but wireless output can be reduced. Avoid uncertified, damaged or unstable power supplies.

Frequently asked questions
Will every iPhone charge at 25W?
No. Only compatible Qi2 25W/Qi2.2 devices can reach 25W. iPhone 12–15 series generally charge at up to 15W. Supported iPhone 16 models require iOS 26 or later.
Which power adapter should I use?
Use a reliable USB-C PD adapter rated at 45W or higher for maximum 25W performance. A lower-powered adapter may reduce charging speed.
Is the wall charger included?
No. The charging pad has an integrated 1.5m USB-C cable, but the AC wall adapter is sold separately.
Is this Apple MagSafe certified?
It is Qi2/Qi2.2 certified and MagSafe compatible. It should not be described as an Apple-manufactured or Apple MagSafe-certified charger unless separate Apple certification documentation is available.
Can I use it with a phone case?
Yes, use a MagSafe-compatible or Qi2 magnetic case. Thick, non-magnetic or incorrectly aligned cases may weaken the hold and reduce charging efficiency.
Can it magnetically attach to an Android phone?
Only if the phone has built-in Qi2 magnets or uses a correctly aligned magnetic case. Otherwise, the phone may charge when placed on the pad but will not attach securely.
Does every Qi Android phone receive 25W?
No. Wireless output is determined by the phone’s supported Qi profile. Many Qi phones will charge at a lower rate.
Can it charge AirPods?
Yes, it can charge compatible wireless-charging AirPods cases at up to 5W. Place the case centrally on the pad.
Can it charge an Apple Watch?
No. Apple Watch requires a compatible dedicated watch-charging module, which this single charging pad does not contain.
Can it charge a phone and AirPods simultaneously?
No. This is a one-device charging pad. The phone or earbuds case must occupy the same charging surface.
Why does wireless charging become slower near 80%?
Phones automatically reduce charging power at higher battery levels and temperatures to help protect the battery. This is normal.
Is it normal for the phone and charger to feel warm?
Moderate warmth is normal during wireless charging. Remove the phone if either device becomes unusually hot, displays a temperature warning or repeatedly stops charging.
Can the USB-C cable be detached?
No. The 1.5m braided USB-C lead is integrated into the charging pad.
Should cards and magnetic wallets be removed?
Yes. Remove wallets, payment cards, access cards, metal plates and other objects from between the phone and charger before charging.
What warranty is included?
The product carries a 2-year UGREEN India limited manufacturer warranty from the invoice date, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
