WI-FI 6 NETWORK EFFICIENCY
MU-MIMO and OFDMA support
On a compatible Wi-Fi 6 router, MU-MIMO and OFDMA can help the network manage communication with multiple connected devices more efficiently.
These technologies can be useful in busy homes and offices where computers, phones, televisions and other devices share the same wireless network.
The router and wireless network must support the relevant Wi-Fi 6 functions. The adapter does not upgrade the router itself.

BUILT-IN WINDOWS INSTALLER
No separate driver disc required
On Windows 10 and Windows 11, the adapter includes a built-in installer that normally appears in File Explorer as a virtual UGREEN wireless drive.
- Insert the adapter into a USB-A port.
- Open “This PC” in File Explorer.
- Open the “UGREEN Wireless” drive.
- Run the Setup.exe installer.
- Complete installation, select the Wi-Fi network and enter its password.
Administrator permission may be required. Corporate security settings can prevent an installer from running, so managed computers may require assistance from the organisation’s IT administrator.

STATION AND SOFTAP MODES
Receive Wi-Fi or share an existing connection
In Station mode, the adapter connects the computer to a wireless network. On a compatible Windows system, SoftAP or Mobile Hotspot functionality can share the computer’s existing internet connection with other devices.
SoftAP does not create an internet connection by itself and is not a replacement for a standalone router. Availability depends on Windows settings, driver support and the source connection.

Does AX1800 mean I will receive 1800 Mbps internet speed?
No. AX1800 is the rounded combined wireless-class rating of the two bands. The adapter is rated up to 1201 Mbps on 5 GHz or 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. Actual internet speed will normally be lower.
Does it work with Windows 10 and Windows 11?
