The UGREEN US103 extends an existing USB-A connection using one male plug and one female socket. It is a practical way to reposition compatible keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, controllers and other USB 2.0 peripherals when the computer or USB port is inconveniently placed.
What this cable does
Connect the USB-A male plug to a computer, powered USB hub or another compatible USB-A host port. The USB-A female socket becomes the new connection point for your peripheral. This is especially useful behind a desktop, under a desk, beside a TV cabinet or anywhere a USB port is difficult to reach.

Important 5m usage guidance
This is a passive USB 2.0 extension cable. At 5 metres, the extension itself is already a long passive USB run. The attached peripheral cable, connector quality and device power requirement can affect reliability.
- Do not daisy-chain additional passive USB extensions.
- For bus-powered hard drives, high-power webcams, capture equipment or other demanding hardware, use a powered USB hub or a suitable active repeater extension.
- Not recommended for phone charging or fast charging. Voltage drop increases over a long cable run.

Transfer files and communicate with compatible USB peripherals at USB 2.0 High-Speed rates of up to 480Mbps. Actual throughput varies with the host port, device, file type, operating conditions and total cable path.
Please note: this is not a USB 3.x/SuperSpeed cable. It can fit many USB 3.x Type-A ports, but the connection operates at USB 2.0 speed.
Shielded construction
Built for a cleaner USB signal path
The cable artwork identifies 28/24 AWG tinned-copper conductors together with aluminium-foil shielding, braided shielding, a ground wire and a PVC outer jacket. This layered construction is designed to help limit everyday electromagnetic interference while keeping the cable practical to route.
