Understanding 20,000mAh and Rated Capacity
The internal battery cells have a total nominal capacity of 20,000mAh at 3.7V, equivalent to 74Wh. This is the standard way power-bank capacity is stated.
The rated output capacity is approximately 12,500mAh when tested at 5V/3A. The difference is normal because the internal 3.7V battery voltage must be converted to USB output voltage, and some energy is lost through voltage conversion, cable resistance, heat and the connected device’s charging circuit.
How many times will it charge a phone? The result depends on the phone’s battery capacity, battery condition, charging protocol, cable, background usage and conversion efficiency. For this reason, actual recharge counts vary between devices.

The quoted 20W and 22.5W ratings apply to compatible single-port charging. When multiple outputs are used together, power is shared and the combined output is limited to 5V/3A, or 15W maximum. Connected devices will therefore charge more slowly.
20W Two-Way USB-C Fast Charging
“Two-way charging” means the USB-C port works in both directions:

Use the power bank to charge a compatible phone, tablet or accessory through USB-C.
20W USB-C Input
Use a compatible 20W PD wall charger and cable to recharge the power bank in approximately six hours.
A 20W wall charger is not included. Charging time depends on the charger, cable, ambient conditions and whether another device is being powered simultaneously.
Charge Up to Three Devices Together
Connect one device to USB-C and two additional devices to the USB-A ports. This is useful when travelling with family or colleagues, or when a phone, earbuds and another accessory all need power.
Digital Battery Display and Simple Controls
The numerical LED display shows the approximate remaining battery percentage, making it easier to decide when the power bank needs recharging.
- Single press: wake the display and check the remaining charge.
- Long press for approximately three seconds: enter or exit low-current charging mode.
- Double press: turn off the output when required.
The displayed percentage is an estimate and may adjust after connecting or disconnecting high-power devices.
