Phone Case Compatibility
For the strongest attachment and most reliable charging, use a compatible iPhone without a case or with a MagSafe-compatible magnetic case.
- Ordinary thick or non-magnetic cases can weaken the magnetic hold and reduce charging efficiency.
- Android and other Qi-enabled phones require a compatible magnetic charging case or correctly positioned magnetic ring.
- Remove wallets, credit cards, key cards, metal plates, pop grips and magnetic accessories before charging.
- iPhone 16e does not have a built-in MagSafe magnet array and requires a compatible magnetic case for attachment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a Qi2 wireless charger?
No. Model 90668 is a standard Qi magnetic wireless charging stand. It does not provide Qi2 15W or Qi2.2 25W charging to an iPhone.
Does it charge an iPhone at 15W?
No. Compatible iPhones charge at up to 7.5W. The 15W maximum applies only to selected compatible non-iPhone Qi devices.
Can it charge an iPhone and AirPods together?
Yes. The upper magnetic charger supports the iPhone while the lower pad charges a compatible Qi-enabled AirPods case.
Does it charge an Apple Watch?
No. The stand does not contain an Apple Watch charging module.
Does it include a power adapter?
No. It includes a 1m USB-C to USB-C cable, but the wall adapter must be purchased separately. A compatible USB-C PD adapter rated at 25W or higher is recommended.
Will it work through a phone case?
It works best with a bare compatible iPhone or a correctly aligned MagSafe-compatible case. Thick, non-magnetic or metal-containing cases can weaken attachment and interfere with charging.
Will it work with an Android phone?

Does it support iPhone 16e?
The iPhone 16e supports Qi wireless charging but lacks a built-in MagSafe magnet array. A compatible magnetic charging case is required for secure attachment to this stand.
Which AirPods are compatible?
The AirPods case must support Qi wireless charging. AirPods supplied only with a wired charging case will not charge wirelessly. UGREEN specifically states that AirPods 1 are not supported by this model.
Can the phone rotate while attached?
Yes. The phone can be rotated through 360 degrees between portrait and landscape orientation, and the joint can be tilted to adjust the viewing angle.
Why is the green LED flashing continuously?
Persistent flashing indicates an abnormal charging condition. Remove the device and check for metal objects, an incompatible case, incorrect placement or an unsuitable power adapter.
Why is wireless charging slower than wired charging?
Wireless charging trades some speed and efficiency for placement convenience. Charging speed also changes with battery level, temperature, case thickness, alignment, adapter output and the phone’s charging controls.
Is it normal for the phone and charger to become warm?
Mild warmth is normal during wireless charging. Remove the device if excessive heat develops, and make sure no metal object, card or thick case is trapped between the phone and charger.
