Important information before ordering
- Built for USB-C devices: The integrated connector plugs directly into phones and other devices with a bottom-mounted USB-C port.
- Not a Lightning or wireless charger: Older Lightning iPhones require a separate USB-C-to-Lightning cable connected to the power bank’s USB-C port.
- Case fit: Cases up to approximately 2.5mm may be supported, but a thick bottom lip or narrow USB-C cut-out can prevent complete connector insertion.
- 5000mAh is the internal cell capacity: Rated deliverable capacity is 2500mAh at 5V/2.4A after voltage conversion. The number of phone charges varies by device, battery size and usage.
- Wall charger not included: A compatible USB-C charger is required to recharge the power bank.

The integrated USB-C connector plugs directly into a compatible phone, tablet, earbuds case or other small USB-C device. It is especially convenient for commuting, events, travel and emergency top-ups when you do not want a charging cable hanging from the phone.
A protective connector cap helps cover the USB-C plug when the power bank is stored in a pocket or bag.
Protect the phone’s USB-C port
Support both the phone and power bank while they are connected. Do not bend, twist or use the attached power bank as a handle. Avoid placing the connected combination inside a pocket or bag where sideways pressure could be applied to the phone’s charging port.
Up to 22.5W fast charging
The PB503 supports several commonly used fast-charging protocols, including USB PD, Quick Charge, SCP and FCP. Charging speed is automatically negotiated with the connected device and can vary by model, battery level, temperature and supported protocol.

With a 5000mAh internal battery rated at 3.6V/18Wh, this compact charger is designed primarily for portable emergency charging and extending your phone’s usable time away from a wall socket.
Its rated output capacity is 2500mAh at 5V/2.4A. The difference between internal cell capacity and rated output is normal because energy is consumed during voltage conversion and charging. The actual percentage added to a phone depends on the phone’s battery size, charging efficiency, temperature, background activity and whether the phone is used while charging.
Foldable stand for hands-free viewing
Open the integrated stand to support a compatible phone while it charges. Portrait mode is useful for video calls, messages and short-form content, while landscape mode is convenient for watching videos or following travel information.
Place the phone on a stable, level surface. The stand is intended for stationary viewing and should not be treated as a protective phone grip.

The integrated LED screen displays the power bank’s remaining battery percentage, making it easier to decide when it needs recharging.
Charge two devices simultaneously
In addition to the built-in USB-C connector, the PB503 includes a separate USB-C port. Both can provide power, allowing two compatible devices to be charged at the same time.
When both outputs are used, the maximum combined output is 5V/3A or 15W shared. For the quickest available charging, connect only one device.
Pass-through charging is supported, allowing the power bank to receive power while supplying power to a connected device. Charging may be slower and additional heat can be produced, so separate charging is preferable when time allows.

Using the power bank with a phone case
The built-in connector may work with cases up to approximately 2.5mm thick. Compatibility also depends on the case’s bottom edge and the size and position of its USB-C opening.
If the connector cannot be inserted fully without force, remove the case before charging. Never force the connector because this may damage the phone’s port or the power bank.
Recharge at up to 20W input
Recharge the PB503 using a compatible USB-C PD charger and the supplied USB-C cable. A complete recharge takes approximately 2.5 hours under suitable test conditions with a compatible 20W charger.
Before first use, fully charge the power bank without interruption. Recharge time can vary according to the charger, cable, ambient temperature and whether another device is being charged simultaneously.
Multi-layer charging protection
Integrated safeguards help protect against conditions such as overcharging, over-discharging, excessive current, overvoltage, overload, overheating and short circuits.
- Keep the product dry and away from fire, heaters and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Do not use the power bank if it is swollen, leaking, wet, unusually hot or physically damaged.

Can it charge an iPhone without a cable?
Yes, USB-C iPhones such as the iPhone 15 series and later USB-C models can connect to the built-in USB-C plug, subject to case fit.
Can it directly connect to an iPhone 14 or earlier?
No. Those models use a Lightning port. They can be charged from the separate USB-C port using a suitable USB-C-to-Lightning cable, sold separately.
Does it provide 22.5W to every device?
No. Up to 22.5W requires a compatible SCP charging profile. USB PD output is up to 20W, and other devices may charge at a lower negotiated rate.
Can it fully charge my phone?
It depends on the phone. This is a compact emergency top-up power bank with a rated output capacity of 2500mAh at 5V/2.4A. Many modern phones have batteries larger than this rated output.
Why is the rated capacity lower than 5000mAh?
5000mAh is measured at the internal cell voltage of 3.6V. Some energy is consumed when converting that voltage to USB output, so the rated deliverable capacity at 5V is lower. This is normal for power banks.
Can it charge two devices at once?
Yes. Use the built-in connector and USB-C port together. Maximum combined output is 15W shared, so charging will be slower than single-device charging.
Does it support pass-through charging?
